In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s industry, higher and higher requirements have been put forward for cleaning equipment. When we use the high pressure washer, we may encounter the situation that the high pressure washer does not water or the pressure is very small, some of these situations are due to the improper operation of the user, some are due to some problems caused by the outside world or the high pressure water gun itself, below we will analyze it specifically:
High pressure washer does not water:
The reason why the high pressure water gun does not produce water is relatively easy to solve, this fault generally occurs when the water inlet of the high pressure cleaning machine is not directly connected to the faucet with the water pipe, but the water pipe is directly put into the bucket, if the elevation difference between the bucket and the machine is relatively large, it may lead to the suction of the machine is not enough to suck the water into the machine; The other two causes may be blocked inlet filter or blocked nozzle;
High pressure cleaning machine working pressure is very small or intermittent:
There are many reasons for this failure, which can be roughly divided into the following points:
First, the inlet filter is partially blocked, resulting in insufficient water supply;
Second, the machine does not discharge the air in the pipeline and high pressure pump in accordance with the operating procedures before the work, please turn off the power supply of the high pressure cleaning machine (do not turn off the water source) when encountering this fault, press and hold the gun handle switch for one or two minutes, the air in the machine pipeline or high pressure pump is discharged, and then open the power switch of the machine can be used normally;
Third, the water flow index of the high-pressure water gun is more than 1000 liters/hour, the flow of the general faucet is about 1000 liters/hour, if the water flow index of the machine exceeds this value, there may be little pressure or instability;
4, the pressure regulator is not adjusted to the high pressure position;
- The nozzle is a high-low pressure conversion nozzle but located in a low pressure state;
- O-ring damage causes water leakage affecting pressure;
